Aldersgate United Methodist Church Vacation Bible School

Although I did not become a Christian and give my life to the Lord until June 25, 1993, I was a moral person before that date. My morality and love of children allowed me to volunteer at several Vacation Bible Schools during my high school and college careers. I fist got involved with the Aldersgate United Methodist Church Vacation Bible School (VBS) after my mother "volunteered" me to help out. Always a momma's boy, I did go and help where I was needed. Over the years, I had a number of responsibilities including being in charge of the Pre-School room, being the "games dude" in charge of games for all age groups, and role-playing. On one occasion, I played Jesus fishing out of a boat. The picture of Jesus that my website opens with is actually a self-photograph I took. Many people have told me I look like Jesus although Jesus was Arab and probably dark-skinned with dark eyes. But I don't mind pretending to be Jesus to help teach children about Christianity.
